Large 19th century French Empire style bookcase in briarwood with gilded bronzes

Large French bookcase from the second half of the 19th century, Empire style, in maple wood and maple briar. It has an upper body made up of 2 large central glass doors and 2 small side doors, a lower body equipped with 4 undercounter drawers and 4 closed doors; all embellished with very rich mercury-gilt bronze applications with 2 "Venus" on the central lower doors.
