Shipping and delivery methods

We carefully prepare the shipment and after entrusting it to our carrier for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation via e-mail.

The products ordered will be delivered to you at the shipping address indicated on the order confirmation page and also shown in the order details.

Delivery times are estimated and communicated by the carrier, for further information contact our customer service.

The costs of the service may vary based on the weight, size or value of the objects themselves and are visible on the order summary page and/or on the cart page.

 

Preparation of shipment and packaging

The shipping process is started after the order payment has been registered.

By paying by credit card or PayPal the outcome of the transaction is immediate and the shipment is prepared immediately.

 

Delivery to Italy

Shipments to Italy are entrusted to different carriers, chosen depending on the item to be shipped.

Delivery takes place outside the home, neither on the floor nor in another place unless previously agreed.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the buyer is required to check that:

  • the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the transport document (DDT);
  • the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, by placing on the delivery receipt the words "withdrawal with reserve for damaged package", or "withdrawal with reserve for open package" or "withdrawal with reservation for missing packages" on the appropriate accompanying document. Subsequently, it is necessary to promptly communicate the incident to customer service.

 

Delivery abroad (beyond Italian borders)

For reasons related to the nature of the items on sale we are unable to define delivery standards beyond the Italian borders, so we offer the service only in specific areas. If your location is not covered by the service, please contact us to check and agree on the possibility of shipping.
