Conditions of sale

The Conditions of Sale reported here, together with your order confirmation, constitute the contract between the company Mobilificio Adriatico di Parente Antonio e figli S.n.c. (hereinafter also referred to as us or as the owner company) and the customer (hereinafter also referred to as as a user or as you) for the supply of products marketed by Centro Mercato Antiquariato, or from the website accessible at the address www.centromercatoantiquariato.it.
No other conditions or terms may apply. The Contract cannot be modified except by prior written agreement or by e-mail.

Place an order

You can place an order on the website www.centromercatoantiquariato.it by adding products to the cart, as guests and/or after registering or logging in to your personal account, and pressing the "Proceed to payment" button. Orders placed using methods other than those indicated above will not be accepted.

When placing an order, it will automatically be marked with an order number which will be communicated to the user via e-mail. Furthermore, on the orders page of your personal account it will be possible to view the order with the relevant details and identifiers.

Upon receipt of your order we will be free to accept or reject this proposal. If the order is accepted, we will confirm it by means of a communication sent via e-mail. If the order is not accepted, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to offer you a valid alternative or, if you prefer, the refund of the amount paid by you. It is understood that in the event that we are not able to complete the service with the delivery of the products ordered by the customer, our responsibility will not go beyond the refund to the customer of the amounts paid by him.

Prices and additional costs

The price of the products, including VAT (where applicable), will be that indicated on the order and corresponding to that indicated on the receipt/invoice.
The costs relating to delivery and/or payment commissions, if applicable, will be indicated in the order summary prior to the confirmation and forwarding phase of the order itself.
