French Louis XV-Style Antique Centre Table with Floral Marquetry, 19th Century

Elegant French centre table in Louis XV style, dating from the second half of the 19th century, distinguished by its refined veneered wood structure and rich floral marquetry decoration.

The rectangular top features shaped corners and a gracefully contoured outline, enhanced at the centre by an exquisite inlaid motif of flowers and leaves, echoed on the front of the table. Its most distinctive feature is the four-flap folding top, which opens to create a larger surface while retaining the table’s elegant proportions when closed.
