Beautiful and majestic Bureau Writing desk from the 18th century Louis XVI era, France.

The thread shows up with the ribbon pattern on the drawers and the flap.
The folding door hides a cabinet with seven drawers and five open letter holder compartments. Remarkable veneering workmanship made with different and precious walnut and bois de rose essences.

Original piece of furniture in all its parts, contemporary locks, hinges and handles.
Linings all in oak.

The flap is in excellent condition from a wooden point of view and shows signs of wear and the passage of time.
